If you have any food allergies or dietary sensitivities and are riding a train offering snack or appetizer service, please notify our team when making your reservation and again upon boarding. Please be aware that some of our food and beverage items may contain common allergens--including but not limited to nuts, wheat, soy, dairy, and eggs--or may be prepared in environments where these allergens are present. Because these items are served in the train cars, we are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contamination.
